Regular contact with your local councillor through visits, phone calls, letters and emails is a good way to keep them up to date with community developments and concerns.

Most councillors tell us they have no details of the proposed zipline development just like the public.

Councillors representing you should be asking Brisbane City Council questions on behalf of their constituents.

Write to The Lord Mayor, Graham Quirk and ask how he will seek community input into the draft Land Management Plan. In your email cc Cr. D. McLachlan (Chair of Environment); Cr. S. Griffiths (Opposition Environment Spokesperson) & your local councillor.
